If there is one man I detest in football, it’s José Mourinho. The man is a great manager there is no argument about that; he’s won league titles and Cup competitions, he’s had the worlds press ear whenever he speaks, some would have you believe he’s some sort of all-seeing and all-knowing sage for heaven’s sake!!! He’s got it all, but for me, the man lacks class.
Remember when he gouged the eye of the assistant Barcelona manager Tito Vilanova, the actions of a coward. And how about his constant trolling of the Arsenal manager Arsène Wenger, he once labelled him a “Voyeur,” I don’t know about you, but there’s something pretty shitty about that, regardless of what you may think of Wenger.
Referees are constantly being accused of this that and the other from this horrible man. Remember the Anders Frisk incident in 2005, well at the end of that whole incident, a man thought it was better to retire from his job that he loved rather than continue under an accusing cloud of suspicion that this man planted in some people’s minds.
He still acts similarly to this day, with him thinking there’s a campaigne and biased against him and Chelsea. If you actually think he believes what he saying, then you must be thick, he knows that he’s talking bollocks, but he just doesn’t care who’s career he destroys, so long as he thinks he getting some kind of an edge against the whole universe.
But the cherry on the cake for me was the way he treated Eva Carnerio and the forgotten man in that whole despicable episode Jon Fern!!! The way he acted that day was disgraceful!!! I wouldn’t say that he was being sexist in that whole incident, but at the end of it all, it left me feeling incredibly bad for those two human beings who’s only concern was for the welfare of the footballer. She’ll never be able to work at Chelsea again, a job she loved, no thanks to José.
There’s just one more thing, we all love characters in our game and for me my favourite one is, the immortal Brian Clough. So you can imagine how depressed it gets me when people have tried to put Mourinho in the same bracket as Brian the legend Clough.
Cloughie wasn’t a Saint, and he might have done a few questionable things in his time, like thumping a couple of Forest supporters when they shouldn’t have been on the pitch!!! Rubbish, this just added to his legendary status for me, and if I got a clip round the ear from the Legend, I would be dining out on that for the rest of my life!!!
I’m sorry Special One; Brian Clough has got more character, charisma and charm in his little toe than you’ve got in your entire body!!! Hopefully we can turn over you and your Chelsea team (who look to be a little fed up with you) on Saturday and get three valuable points, and who knows, maybe even get you the sack!!! UTV
As Forest fan you get my vote – I’d love to see Villa turn over Chelsea and nudge you a bit closer to safety at the same time.
Agree with every word. Well said.
