Without sounding like parrot, what can you say that hasn’t already been said over the last five years of our relegation fight, nothing. We’ve blamed the players, managers, directors, ball boys and the tea lady for our situation; they’ve all got it.
For me, we’re already relegated I’m sad to say, and the blame lies firmly at the feet of the owner and the board members past and present. As custodians of our football club, you’ve let every single fan down greatly; you ought to be thoroughly ashamed of yourselves.
I pardon all the rubbish managers, terrible coaches and God awful players that have served under Randy Lerner’s reign; you all couldn’t help being shit. As for the decent players that couldn’t wait to leave us, get lost, you’re all guilty of deceitfulness and disloyalty!!!
I don’t know how anyone can be positive about our situation in thinking that we can get out of this dreadful state, I just can’t see any hope anywhere. We did have a small chance though, but that went when we appointed the wrong manager to take over from Tim Sherwood, thanks for that Mr Lerner & Mr Fox, or, as I like to call them now, Thick & Thicker!!!
I’ve got nothing else to say, I’m fed up being negative about my football club all the time.

This mess has been five years in the making. Lerner and his assortment of sidekicks have brought this great club to it’s knees.
We’ve allowed our better players to move on to pastures new, drained all of the genuine quality out of the club, while bringing in mainly sub-standard players simply not good enough for the top flight.
We’ve acted like a championship club, we’ve bought championship standard footballers, tried to survive on the cheap, and now next May we’ll receive our comeuppance.
The warning signs have been there for the past four or five seasons. We’ve failed to heed them.
What was it, ‘Proud History, Bright Future’? Lerner you’ve been found out as nothing more than a charlatan.

As for saying they hired the wrong manager after Sherwood ,you can say this after 2 games ?You were creaming yourself in an a blog after the city game. Gardes credentials are very positive and his tactical nous might be needed in a relegation battle don’t you think ? Who did you want ,David Moyes ? Would he have done any better with the current crop of players ? At least let Garde get to January and see if he is given cash to put his stamp on the team. The issue here is the players are not good enough and that is where Tom Fox and who ever the other clown was that thought ” money ball “was a good idea to implement deserve their abuse.

I was listening to a Newcastle supporter on TalkSport this afternoon and one statement stood out “Villa are as good as gone already”, I put a bet on before Timmy left that we’d have 15pts or less at the end of the season, it’s not disloyal or defeatist just a chance of getting some payback for my season ticket cost, I hope we survive but I’ll get paid if we don’t just like Lerner, Fox, Guarde, the players and the tea lady.
I agree, all of this truly started when Martin left. After that it was one joke after another. Lerner proved he had no knowledge of or respect for Aston Villa when he hired potato head. Si nce then it’s spiraling down hill. I remember a game at Villa park against Spurs. The chant they were doing as the beat us 2 0…’champions league, your having a laugh’…they were right.
Randy Lerner has been pathetic in his ownership skills, which makes one wonder how the fcuk he has made any money, then hires shrills to run the club. Yes we were a giant of a club, when the leagues were first formed and back in the 70s 80s and as for the pride of Birmingham well that’s up in the air now isn’t it.
Glass half full..glass half empty..I still think it’s something to drink and although it looks dark, we still can find our way. Good purchases on the market and keep Fox away we may have a chance.
I aways hated the fact that Doug was a blues fan, but deep down the old geezer did us right. He sepperated the two, Randy could learn a lot from this man.
Its not looking good but all is not lost yet.
Newcastle and Sunderland look worse than us and Norwich and Bournemouth don’t look much better.
A run of three wins with the above all losing would change things dramatically.
Remi Garde has only been in charge for two games and its too early to judge him but we do need to win against Watford which is doable.

If he had a ounce of common sense he would have put in a non executive director in the boardroom to bridge the gap of him being 5000 miles away and his other boardroom cronies who couldn’t find their arse with both hands. Ron Atkinson. Graham Taylor or Brian Little anyone of these three would have helped out and been there supporting the manager when needed.
