Aston Villa vs WBA
Its time for Villa to step up to the plate. With the last league match against Liverpool, Villa found themselves two goals up at one point away from home at Anfield. And even though the match ended 2-2, you have to give the young Lions of Aston Villa a lot of credit for the way they held on, and the performance they delivered.
This is why I think we can win against The Tesco Carrier Bags on Wednesday evening. We have to start from somewhere and with the confidence that we gained from the last game, why can’t it be against them. And with our new loanee signings Holt and Bertrand (which the majority of the Villa faithful found underwhelming), I actually think it gave the Villa players a bit of lift.
Hopefully Villa can surprise us with a late signing or two (a CB and an AM maybe) before the transfer window closes. But if they can’t, I believe we’ve still got enough in our locker to beat the Carrier Bags. So Come On Villa!!! Its Time To Step Up To The Pate!!! UTV
